The BC Fruit Growers’ Association held its 122nd Annual General Meeting at the Penticton Lakeside Resort Convention Centre & Casino, on January 27th-28th, 2011.

Convention highlights:

• Our President’s address, Joe Sardinha
• A presentation by the Provincial Minister of Agriculture, the Honourable Ben Stewart
• A presentation by Heather Carriere, Project Manager for ARDCorp, during a special Delegates’ Lunch on Thursday
• A special speaker at our Annual Luncheon Banquet on the Friday (to be determined)
• A special exhibition by local artist Julie Eliott during the Thrusday evening President’s Reception
