We had the time recently to do a little fun project and showcase one of the machines at our facility. Our Fadal VMC4020 milling machine is completely computer controlled and can be used to produce a huge verity of parts. We use ours for both production work and custom projects.

In the video we are machining a forklift bullboard for one of our bin turner machines. The material is 1″ thick T1 steel, and we are required to drill, thread, chamfer, mill and finish on this part all in a single sequence.

The actual length of the operation took 68 minutes, but we have condensed this to 7.5
