Hydraulic Separator

The hydraulic cluster separation machine uses a combination of water and centrifugal force to pull clusters of cherries apart. Hydraulic separation is the gentlest form of separation available on the market.

After the fruit has been separated, it can be inspected more closely by sorters, and sized through mechanical means.

Separators are produced using the concept engineered by the Fachaux company of France under license.
